ABOUT THE OWNER
Meet Teagan Feltz, owner of North Bay Property Maintenance. Teagan is 23 years old, born and raised in North Bay, ON. She attended Nipissing University, playing on the Women’s Hockey Team. She was formerly on the Ice Boltz, and has since moved on to coaching. She is dedicated to serving North Bay and the surrounding communities with reliable, top quality service.
Teagan has worked for companies doing landscaping, painting, drywall, parking lot line painting, outdoor maintenance, and more. She has maintained a great working relationship with previous employers, still collaborating on jobs from time to time.
Teagan started North Bay Property Maintenance in November of 2020. In the first few months of the business, she had 27 winter snow removal contracts set up. With the influx of work, Teagan had to quickly hire help, now doing full-service snow removal, snow blowing, plowing, and ice management in the winter months. Since winter, Teagan has expanded the business to include renovations, landscaping, and more services tailored to client needs.
Teagan's goal for North Bay Property Maintenance is to be a "one-stop-shop" for reliable, consistent work for community members.
